Valley Gives 2018: $1.6M raised for local organizations

More than 10,000 donors contributed to the sixth annual Valley Gives Day event on Tuesday. 

Local nonprofit organizations raised $1.6 million dollars during the annual day of giving.

More than 400 organizations participated in the annual event.

The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts raised the most money, and the Dakin Humane Society had the most donors.
