Workshop held at STCC for local entrepreneurs

There’s a great resource available to people thinking about starting up a business in western Massachusetts.

A workshop was held at the Small Business Development Center at the STCC Technology Park Monday night.

Anyone starting a business needs to write a business plan.

“You fail to plan, you might plan to fail,” said Allen Kronick, a senior business adviser. “You have to have a roadmap to know where you’re going, and that’s what a business plan does.”

“They’re like, call us if you have any questions, because we can get you starting a small business no matter who you are or what your idea is,” Herschel Levine told 22News.

The Small Business Development Center is planning a seminar next week to explain how the new tax law will impact small businesses.
