FLORENCE, Mass. (WWLP) – If you are looking to save some money on your utility bills, there are great rebates that might apply to you. You will not only save money over time, but it is also good for the environment!

Mass Save offers rebates for residential electric customers if they install qualified high-efficiency central air conditioning systems and/or central heat pumps. If your system is 12 years old or older, you can even see enhanced rebates.

22News spoke with Kevin Pink of the Center for EcoTechnology, who explained how simple the process is.

“Your first step if you are looking for just the smaller rebates- if your system is not 12 years or older- you would just go to masssave.com/rebates. If you are eligible for the 12 year or older program, you should call for the assessment, and you can call Mass Save,” Pink said.

This will help you save money, and it will also help the environment.
