A Lowell woman won $4 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “100X” instant ticket game.

The Massachusetts State Lottery said Neang Peov and her husband Bunrith were holiday shopping at the Natick Mall when Neang scratched her ticket and found out that she had won a $4 million prize.

Peov is the second $4 million prize winner since the newest edition of the instant game went on sale June 19th. She chose the cash option of a one-time payment of $2,600,000, which has less tax withholdings.

Peov plans to use her winnings to pay off her mortgage and invest in retirement.

Peov bought her winning ticket at the Happy Corner store in the Natick Mall, which will receive a $40,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.

Three additional $4 million prizes and ten $1 million prizes are still available in the “100X” $10 instant game.
