Massachusetts State Police are reminding drivers to slow down after a driver was cited for allegedly going 50 MPH over the speed limit.

State police posted a picture of the $590 ticket on their Facebook page Tuesday morning, saying:

Recently, this driver was stopped traveling way to fast! At speeds like this, especially without a seat belt on, you are putting yourself in grave danger, as well as those traveling around you.

The ticket indicates that a woman driving a 2006 Honda Odyssey was cited for traveling 115 MPH on Route 290 West in Shrewsbury, which is a 65 MPH zone.

“Thanks to the Troop C Community Action Team (CAT) for sharing the photo of this egregious violation, that unfortunately we see all to often,” state police wrote.
