Nevada wildfire jumps highway, damages power lines

(KSNV/NBC News) Crews worked overnight to contain a brush fire burning on the outskirts of Laughlin, Nevada.

The fire had burned more than 100 acres Sunday and was threatening several structures.

It also damaged power lines, cutting electricity to several homes and businesses.

More than 500 visitors were evacuated from Big Bend State Park.
