A Northampton High School custodian is in police custody Friday night, after wall “modifications” were found in a girls bathroom

Northampton police Chief Jody Kasper posted on the department’s Facebook page that 22-year-old Michael J. Kremensky of Florence is facing charges including four counts of photographing an unsuspecting nude person.

He was placed under arrest late Friday night, after an investigation into the matter.

Chief Kasper said Kremensky had been working as a custodian at the high school since August, 2017.

He was placed on leave Thursday, shortly after the investigation began.

Police confirmed with 22News that several holes were found in the ceiling of a girls bathroom on the school’s first floor.

School officials and members of NPD inspected other bathrooms, locker rooms, as well as changing areas, and no other modifications were found, Chief Kasper said.

Chief Kasper added that, “it is believed that this activity was only in that one bathroom.”

Chief Kasper told 22News this is an ongoing investigation.
