One man was injured when his car crashed into a tree in Springfield early Monday morning.
Springfield Fire Spokesman Dennis Leger told 22News a car crashed near 1800 Roosevelt Avenue at 12:51 a.m Monday.
The car went through a fence, down an embankment, and struck a tree.
Firefighters had to cut out the car’s windshield to rescue the driver.
He was taken to the hospital, but there’s no word on his condition.
