UPDATE: Arson suspect, Phillip J. Jordan, 58, has been arrested at the Vermont-Canadian border.
Pittsfield police are looking for a man accused of arson and believed to be armed and dangerous.
According to the Pittsfield Police Department, 58-year old Phillip Jordan is wanted for allegedly intentionally setting fire to four different residences.
The fires on Appleton Avenue, Fort Hill Avenue, Ridge Avenue, and Brown Street began at 6:42 pm. Saturday evening.
Jordan is described as a white man with long salt and pepper hair; 5″7′ tall; and weighs 135 pounds.
Police believe Jordan is driving a blue 2005 Subaru Legacy with Massachusetts license plates.
Jordan is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
