(WTAE/CNN) – Tracey Lee Giffin apparently can’t stay out of food fights. Pennsylvania State Police said she stabbed her husband with scissors and bit him several times at their North Union Township home on Sunday, because he drank her beer.

Joseph Giffin said he drank it because Tracey said she was going to bed, but then she got out of bed angry that he drank her beer.

“A lot of ruckus over there. Late nights.” Neighbors weren’t at all shocked to hear of Giffin’s arrest. James Unice said, “I’m not surprised whatsoever. I did a little law enforcement myself, and if I still had arrest powers, I would have arrested them quite a few times.”

Giffin has been arrested and charged several times in the past for harassment, assault and fighting. In 2013, WTAE did a story when she and her then-boyfriend got into a physical fight, after he forgot to bring barbecue sauce home from the store on Christmas Eve.

Unice said, “I hear a lot of yelling, fighting, teenager activity. Not the normal teenage activity, kids having fun. You hear every word in the book. You can hear physical stuff going on, things getting smashed.”
