New York Senator Kristen Gillibrand is running for president

Senator Kristen Gillibrand announced Sunday that she will run for president in 2020.

The New York Senator announced her candidacy in a video called “Brave Wins” on her official social media accounts Sunday morning. 

At the end of the video, Gillibrand announced that her first speech as a presidential candidate will be on March 24 at Trump International in New York City. 

Gillibrand is the 14th Democrat to announce their presidential bid so far.

Among the Democrats to announce their candidacy are Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, and former Texas representative Beto O’Rourke
