(WWLP) – Robert F. Kennedy, Junior has announced his campaign to run for President of the United States.

Kennedy, the son of U.S. Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, who is known widely for his anti-vaccine advocacy, is set to run as a Democrat, challenging incumbent President Joe Biden for the nomination.

The 69-year-old filed a statement of candidacy earlier this month with the Federal Election Commission.
