Truck carrying chicken overturned on I-84

Two lanes of Interstate 84 in Sturbridge had to be shut down overnight, after a tractor trailer carrying chicken overturned.

According to State Police Media Relations, the driver of the truck suffered minor injuries in the accident on I-84 eastbound near the Connecticut state line, which was reported at around 12:45 P.M.

State Trooper Seth Parker told 22News that as of 6:00 A.M., the accident was almost cleared, and there should not be an impact on the morning commute.
