Victim of deadly Ware crash was 92 year-old woman

WARE, Mass. (WWLP) – The person who died following a two-car crash on Route 32 in Ware over the weekend was a 92 year-old woman.

Mary Carey, spokesperson for the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office, told 22News that the woman, who died of her injuries as a result of the crash, was a resident of the Three Rivers section of Palmer. Her name is not being released at this time.

The crash took place Monday evening on West Avenue (Route 32), just south of downtown Ware.

The driver of the other car involved in the crash was also taken to the hospital.

No charges or citations have been issued at this time in connection with the crash. Massachusetts State Police and Ware Police are still looking into the cause.
