Winter Weather Advisory for Berkshire County Wednesday

The 22News Storm Team has issued a Weather Alert for frequent snow showers over our western hills.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for Berkshire County until 7pm, but has been canceled for western Hampden/Hampshire/Franklin Counties where snow has become much less widespread.

Occasional flurries will fall in the Pioneer Valley, but will have no or little impact.

Snow showers and occasional steady snow will continue in the Berkshire and the foothills of the Berkshires. Another 1-4 inch of snow is possible Wednesday. Here’s our updated snowfall forecast.

It will be a mostly cloudy to partly sunny day in the valley, but snow showers will continue in our western hills through the afternoon.

We’re also tracking brighter weather for Thursday. Stay with 22News for your latest local weather updates!
