“I’m still here” – Grave mistake frustrates widow


A cemetery mix-up in Bloomington, Indiana involving a headstone has a family upset and a woman telling everyone “I’m not dead!”

Donna Rader’s husband passed away in September 2016. But for a year, according to the grave, she’s been gone, too.

Professionally, Rader prides herself on getting every order right at work and making every customer happy. So what she experienced personally, at the place meant to bring her family prayer and peace, was almost too much to take: her death date, incorrectly etched in stone.

“Well, my kids don’t like it and my grandkids don’t like it,” Rader said.
