This is Kalaca Skull, a 22 years-old Colombian man who underwent several plastic surgeries to turn himself into a skull.
He had already his nose and ears surgically removed. Only with local anesthesia because he likes to remain awake to see the procedures.
He intends to have more operations, including removing his navel.
But, why does he do all these? To be as close as possible to death, he says.
