COLOMBIA (CNN/WIAT) – Authorities had to relocate a drug-sniffing dog after the mafia put a bounty on her head.

Sombra, which means “shadow” in English, is a 6-year-old German Shepherd that has assisted in the arrest of at least 245 people and the seizure of over 9 tons of cocaine. Sombra is so good at her job that she is now targeted by the mob.

According to Colombia’s Anti-Narcotics Police, there’s a bounty of 200 million pesos, or $70,000 US, on her head.

Sombra and her handler have been relocated for safety and are now accompanied by extra officers. She will continue to have the extra security until she retires.
