DANVILLE, Ind. (WISH) – A Indiana police officer helped some wildlife deal with a “sticky” situation.

Video posted by the Danville Metropolitan Police Department shows Officer Josh Gauger encounter the animal.

Gauger said he was driving near the station when he saw the animal with a jar of peanut butter stuck to his head.

After getting it off, Gauger and the raccoon had a funny back-and-forth.

“You alright, bud?” Gauger asked.

The raccoon seemingly answered back with a bit of a purring or whimpering sound.

“You’re welcome!” Gauger replied.

“No one was hurt, and yes, the peanut butter was all gone…” the post read.
