Wedding ring found in ashes of burned home

Days after the so-called “Holiday Fire” destroyed their home, a California family has made a miraculous discovery in the rubble.

 The couple, who’ve been married less than a year, returned to their home in Goleta Sunday to salvage what was left.

 After a little digging, Ishu Rao found his wife’s wedding ring buried in the debris.

 The undamaged ring was discovered in a ceramic dish where the bathroom once was.

 The couple says while they have lost everything in the blaze, they have managed to preserve what really matters.
