Mother Nature won again as for the second time the CARQUEST Genden Auto Parts 75 presented by T-Bird Mini Marts ISMA Supermodified race at Monadnock Speedway has been rescheduled for the second time to next Saturday, June 30. The ISMA Supermodifieds were going to kick off their 2018 season at Monadnock back on May 19 as the event had to be rescheduled due to weather.
The ISMA Supermodifieds kickoff their 2018 season with back-to-back races earlier this month at Delaware Speedway in Ontario and at Lancaster Speedway in New York. Kyle Edwards out of Tennesse took down the win at Delaware Speedway. Mark Sammut would go on to win the event at Lancaster.
It will be the first time since 1976 that the Supermodifieds have raced on the New Hampshire oval. There will be time trials that will offer a $1,000 bonus presented by Bentley’s Saloon to the driver that sets the fastest time. The track record could be broken next Saturday.
The NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions will be apart of the program next Saturday as the event will start with a special start time at 4:00 p.m.
