Frozen Four: Minnesota Duluth defeats UMass in national championship

BUFFALO (WWLP) – The University of Minnesota Duluth has defeated UMass in the Frozen Four national championship.

Minnesota Duluth is taking home the national title for the second year in a row. UMass fell short to Minnesota Duluth 3-0.

It was a historic season for UMass, and the program’s first appearance in the national championship game.
