Inaugural Commonwealth Classic heading to Richmond Raceway

The Pro All Star Series announced on Friday the Inaugural Commonwealth Classic will be held on Saturday, March 30 at Richmond Raceway in Richmond, VA.  The event was originally going to be held this past October but was rescheduled due to weather. 

The Pro All Star Series Super Late Models will be on hand for a 100 lap race.  The Tour-Type Modifieds will be apart of the event for 75 laps. It will be the first time since 2002 that the modifieds have raced at Richmond.  The MASS Street Stocks will race for 40 laps.  The American Canadian Tour Late Models and Four-Cylinders will be apart of the program. 

There will be optional hauler parking and safety inspection on Thursday, March 28 from noon until 4 p.m. There will be an open practice on Friday, March 29 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. On Saturday, March 30, practice will start at 9 a.m. with qualifying beginning at 1 p.m. with racing set to start at 3 p.m.
