The City of Chicopee has moved the location of its annual Thanksgiving Day Sword Game.
According to the City of Chicopee Spokesperson Nathan Moreau, the football game is usually played at Szot Park, but this year will be played at Chicopee Comprehensive High School.
Moreau said recent weather has created field issues at Szot Park. The move will allow players to play on a turf field which will be safer for the players.
The game will begin at 10:15 a.m. and tickets for the annual game are $5.
