Monadnock Speedway will kick off their 2018 season this weekend with the Valenti Modified Racing Series will race for 100 laps. The series returns after a one-year hiatus.
It will be the first of three appearances for the Valenti Modified Racing Series as they will be back on July 7 and August 25. They kicked off their 2018 season a couple weeks ago with the Icebreaker at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. Rowan Pennink took down the win in the 50 lap race.
There will be other events throughout the season at the New Hampshire quarter-mile oval. The ISMA Supermodifieds will make their first-ever appearance on Saturday, May 19. The NEMA Midgets along with the NEMA Lites will race on Saturday, July 14. The Granite State Pro Stock Series will return for the JBH 100 on Saturday, August 11.
The Monadnock Speedway NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions will be apart of the program this Saturday. Many local drivers from Western Massachusetts have registered with the divisions at Monadnock Speedway for the 2018 season.
Racing action will begin this Saturday at 5:00 p.m.
