FOXBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — After having Tuesday off, the New England Patriots returned to the practice field Wednesday, where Bill Belichick had high praise for defensive standouts Deatrich Wise Jr., Derek Rivers and Kyle Van Noy.

“Real solid training camp days, and we’re going to take advantage of them and get the most we can out of them,” Belichick said.

Plus, tight end Rob Gronkowski said he’s preparing for Tom Brady’s 41st birthday.

“It’s a secret,” Gronkowski said with a laugh about the present he bought Brady.
