Seekon Speedway released their 2019 schedule as they will kick off their 74th season on Sunday, May 5 with the Classic Car Show to be held on Saturday, May 4. The track will have their NASCAR Whelen All-American Series program featuring the Pro Stocks, Late Models, Sportsman, and Trucks. The Fast Friday Programs will begin on Friday, May 30 featuring the Legends, Pure Stocks, Sport 4’s and the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandoleros Bandits and Outlaws.
The Thrill Shows make a return as they will start on Memorial Day Weekend on Saturday, May 25. There will be an Independence Day Thrill Show featuring Fireworks on Saturday, July 6. The Mid Summer Thrill Show will happen on Saturday, August 3 along with the Labor Day Thrill Show on Saturday, August 31. The Pumpkin Smash thrill show will happen on Saturday, October 5 along with The Nutcracker Thrill Show on Saturday, November 2.
The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will make a return for the Seekonk 150 on Saturday, June 1. Open Wheel Wednesday returns on Wednesday, June 26 featuring the Tri-Track Open Modifieds $10,000 to win and the Boston Louie Memorial for the NEMA Midgets and NEMA Lites
Champions will be crowned for the Seekonk Fast Friday and NASCAR Whelen All American Series divisions on Friday and Saturday, September 20 and 21.
The DAV Fall Classic returns on Saturday, September 28 featuring the Granite State Pro Stock Series. The Late Models will be racing 50 and the Sportsman and Trucks will be racing 30 laps.
The Third annual Haunted Hundred for the Tri-Track Open Modified Series along with the Pro All Star Series and the Late Models will take place on Saturday, October 26.
The NASCAR Whelen All American Series will have a chance to practice their cars before the start of the season on Saturday, April 20, Saturday, April 27, and Saturday, May 4. The Fast Friday divisions will have a chance to practice their cars before their season starts and those practice sessions will be on Friday, May 10 and Friday, May 24.
