The 22News Storm Team has issued a Weather Alert for late this afternoon through this evening as we track downpours and thunderstorms of which an isolated strong storm is possible.
Good Thursday morning I'm 22News Storm Team Meteorologist Nick Bannin. Mostly cloudy skies will give way to partly sunny skies as we head through the morning and into the afternoon. High temperatures today should reach close to 70 depending on how much sunshine we see.
After 5 pm we'll run the risk for scattered downpours and thunderstorms through midnight with an isolated strong storm. Most of the severe weather threat today should stay to our west and southwest.
Tomorrow will be generally dry with partly sunny skies and highs in the low 70s. An isolated shower is possible, but most of the day will be dry and windy.
We're tracking warmer weather for the three-day weekend on 22News at noon.
