Light snow could make for slippery roads

Weather News

Snow showers could slow your commute to work down on Thursday morning.

22News Storm Team Meteorologist Nick Bannin says slippery spots could be possible on the roadways, due to scattered snow showers during the morning commute. Many major roads and highways have been treated, but any untreated spots could be troublesome.

A significant accumulation of snow is not expected Thursday morning, but you may want to give yourself some extra time to get to work, just in case.

Areas northwest of the lower Pioneer Valley is the most likely area to see any accumulation, though there may be scattered dustings even in the lower valley.
