CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Snow totals are close to 20 inches Friday evening in parts of Berkshire and Franklin Counties.

The most snow falling in Berkshire and Franklin Counties Friday, snow totals in Western Massachusetts are ranging from one inch to 18 inches so far.

Here’s a look at all the snowfall totals in western Massachusetts:

Hampshire County

  • Plainfield: 13 in.
  • Chesterfield: 10 in.
  • Goshen: 7 in.
  • Westhampton: 4 in.
  • Granville: 3.5 in.
  • Huntington 6 in.

Berkshire County

  • Clarksburg: 6 in.
  • Sandisfield: 5 in.
  • Otis: 4.5 in.
  • Florida 18 in.

Franklin County

  • Rowe: 18 in.
  • Hawley: 16 in.
  • Ashfield: 11 in.
  • Buckland: 6 in.
  • Colrain 13 in.
  • New Salem 4.2 in.

Hampden County

  • Chester: 13 in.
  • Granville: 3.5 in.
  • Westfield: 1.1 in.
  • Southwick: 1 in.

22News viewer, Evan Smith sent 22News a photo of the snow that is filling up his yard. Around 6:30 a.m. this morning Smith saw about 7 inches in the town of Goshen near the D.A.R State Forest.

The snow, rain/snow mix, and wind through western Massachusetts are also bringing down trees and power lines.

22News has received reports of damaged trees and power lines due to the snowy weather.

  • CHESTER: Multiple trees down on Round Hill Rd.
  • CONWAY: Power lines are down on Ives Rd.
  • GRANVILLE: Powerlines down on Northlane. Road is passable.
  • GOSHEN Tree vs pole has caused power outages and closure of South Main Street
  • CUMMINGTON: Tree down on wires on Wilder Rd.
  • GOSHEN: Tree down on wires on Shaw Rd.
  • WORTHINGTON: Tree down on Huntington Rd.
